To book an appointment please send me a message, be sure to include the treatment you would like to book, along with some days and times that work for you.
Please check my salon opening hours when booking.
All appointments require a non refundable deposit or full payment depending when you booking is, if not paid the appointment is not secure.
Once payment has been received you will be sent an email confirmation.
I use a booking system that will send you automatic email & text reminders so please check your emails and make sure you put your appointment in your diary!
As part of my T&Cs I do have a cancellation policy in place, I do ask that you respect this as my business is not a hobby, this is my full time job.
When booking an appointment in the current month, you will be required to pay the full amount of the treatment.
If not paid the appointment will not be secured and the space will be offered to the next available client.
By paying for your treatment you are agreeing to the appointment date & time.
Your full payment includes a £20 non refundable deposit.

Once the payment has been receive you will be sent an email confirmation.
If you are booking for another month you can secure the appointment with a £20 non refundable deposit, at the beginning of that month you will be notified when the remaining amount is due.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
You can only reschedule an appointment when more then 24 hours notice is given.
This will allow you to rebook a new date and the full treatment total will be transferred to the new appointment.
If cancelled with more then 24 hours notice the £20 non refundable deposit will be lost and the remaining amount of the treatment total will be refunded.
If cancelled within 24 hours or you do not show up to your appointment, the full treatment total will be lost.

Please arrive to your appointment on time.
If you do arrive early please wait in your car until your appointment time. I may still be busy with a client, setting up for your treatment or dealing with a personal matter.
If you are early, please send me a message as I might be ready for you.
Please knock at your appointment time and no earlier. I do run my appointments back to back and may need that extra 5 minutes to set up.
If you arrive late to your appointment this time will be deducted from your treatment.
If you are more then 20 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and the full payment will be lost.
If you do not turn up to your appointment the full payment will be lost.
When arriving at Etre Belle you can park directly outside the house.
You can park on the curb but if there is limited spaces there is more parking slightly around the corner.
Unfortunately we are unable to perform treatments on anyone who is 15 or under due to our insurance requirements.
For anyone who is 16/17 years old will require a parent or guardian to accompany them and to sign the consent form.
At Etre Belle we create an environment for all clients to unwind and relax.
To enable us to do this, we kindly request that your mobile phone is switched onto silent when coming to the salon.
Children are not to be brought to the salon, please find suitable childcare when coming to your appointment.
Please bring as little as possible with you and always come in comfy clothes.
I collect data on my client consultation forms to ensure that I can carry out your treatment safely.
I need to store this data to comply with my public & product liability insurance. This data is stored in a secure location that only I have access to and I will not share this data with any third parties.
I will store all necessary data for 7 years to comply with my legal obligations, if you choose to opt out and withdraw consent I will no longer be able to perform treatments on you.
